Returns & Refunds
Because Midwest Again items are one of one and secondhand, all sales are final.
We carefully photograph and describe each item’s condition, size, and any notable wear before it is listed. Please review all photos, measurements, and details before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and issue a refund after the item is received and inspected.
We do not accept returns for fit, size, color variation, or change of mind. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs, delivery options, and applicable taxes will be shown before you place your order.
Item condition & one-of-one inventory
Every item is secondhand or individually sourced. Photos are part of the description, and we note size, condition and notable wear as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly by screen.

We use the information you provide to process and ship your order and to communicate about it. Payment information is handled by the secure checkout provider we use; Midwest Again does not store full payment-card details.
